Management Accountant

An exciting opportunity is available for a Management Accountant to join a growing accountancy practice located in Hertfordshire. This fantastic role, within the Audit and Accounts team, offers a diverse range of responsibilities and is perfect for someone with experience in management accounts or bookkeeping who is eager to advance their career in management accounting.

Duties will include:
-Preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts, providing analysis and designated reports
-Bookkeeping and VAT reporting to a high standard
-Cashflow reporting and forecasts
-Month/Quarter end adjustments and reconciliations
-Prepare ad hoc reports for clients
-Perform payment runs

Requirements:
-AAT or CIMA Qualified or Part Qualified (or equivalent)
-Previous experience of working in a Professional Services firm
-Knowledge on cash flow reports and forecasts (desirable)
-Experience of dealing with a varied client base
-Strong knowledge of Xero, Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Excel
-Up to date knowledge of accounting and taxation practices and current developments
