*Supplier & Budget Management: Coordinate with suppliers, authorise work within budget, and manage contracts.

What We’re Looking For *Expertise: Strong background in building, mechanical, and electrical maintenance, ideally with City & Guilds qualifications.

*Organised: Proficient in Microsoft Office and property maintenance systems, able to create clear reports and plans.
