Role: Android Engineer
Location: Remote (Opportunity to visit office in London)
Rate: Circa £500-£550 per day (Outside IR35)

WeDo are partnering with a fast-growing, private-equity backed Fintech who have expanded rapidly in recent years. The company recently acquired a £multi-million credit card portfolio and, under the strategic leadership of a new CEO, are set for substantial growth in 2025. Their vision is to offer innocvstive consumer finance solutions in partnership with leading consumer brands. With around 200 employees, including 70 across tech, the engineering team continue to grow across Back-End and as a priority, Mobile.
About You
*Experience developing B2C Android apps - ideally using Kotlin
*Experience with the likes of Coroutines, Koin, Flows etc
*UI experience with either Compose/SwiftUI
*An eye for design - initial focus will be working closely with design team to improve user experience (Figma/Sketch)
*Automation testing experience (Although separate QA team present, engineers write their own scripts)
*Managed apps across Google Play Console

Process
One stage interview including pair programming exercise. The client are also searching for permanent engineers which involves one additional stage.
