Job Description:
Finance and Administration Assistant
Part Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday 25 hours per week)
£19,500 per annum (£15ph)

CMD Recruitment are seeking a Finance and Administration Assistant to support our clients team, based on the outskirts of Devizes. As a Finance and Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations and efficient administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
*Matching purchase orders with invoices and raising discrepancies
*Posting Purchase Invoices to SAGE Accounting system
*Reconciling monthly Credit Card statements
*Processing Commission Payments
*Filing invoices
*Assisting with Bank Reconciliations
*Monitoring the Accounts ’In Box’
*Assisting with Finance Administration
*Monitoring and updating staff training records
*Undertaking additional duties as required by management
*Ensuring completion of Return-to-Work questionnaires following leave and sickness
*Handling stationery and small ad-hoc office purchases
Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience in accounts
*Strong knowledge of SAGE software
*Proactive, motivated approach
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
