Job Description:
A rare opportunity for you to join a rapidly growing business. The Engineering and Consultancy services of this business are expanding into a new sector, and need an experienced Business Change professional to join the team. You will work alongside a small agile team looking to establish itself within the National Security market.
This would suit someone currently working within business change and looking to take a step up towards senior leadership. This is a strategic goal for the company who have made small inroads but want to expand further having already established a healthy business in other areas of secure government.
The Role:
As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in managing key accounts, and driving the growth of the business in line with their strategy. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a strong pipeline and forming strategic partnerships.

*Excellent customer management skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively
*Exceptional networker, thriving in a crowded room with new people
*High emotional intelligence, able to collaborate with internal teams to achieve the best outcomes

*Adaptable and flexible, able to respond to rapid changes and work within a small team
*Strong written communication skills, capable of translating technical content into customer-friendly language
*Technical background with an understanding of the software lifecycle and familiarity with the latest tools
Experience:
*Demonstrable experience in selling value-added services to the National Security sector in the UK
*Strong technical background, able to engage in in-depth technical conversations with both internal teams and customers
*Proven problem-solver with a proactive, needs-based selling approach
*Must hold active DV Clearance
