The role:
*Day-to-day management of C&S project teams
*Development of programmes and control of change
*Tender preparation for projects of all sizes, including fee estimates
*Carry out technical design reviews / critiques of projects in progress
*Mentor, train and develop junior engineers
*Support individuals to maximise performance
*Ensure team compliance with company management system
*Contribute to wider development of C&S department capabilities
*Lead C&S design delivery across single projects or multiple smaller projects with support from an Associate Engineer or Director, in single- or multi- discipline teams
What you need to succeed:
*Chartered Civil/ Structural Engineer CEng MICE/ MIStructE
*Appropriate depth and breadth of experience including experience in leading and managing teams
*Strong technical knowledge of Civil design
*Full Clean Current UK Driving Licence
