Job Description:
Our well-established client in Andover is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join the business and ensure smooth operations within the Quotes department and support the sales team. Within this role, you’ll also be supporting the Sales Manager and cover their workload during absence. Previous supervisory experience isn’t required and full training will be provided. So, if you’ve been looking for an opportunity to step into a supervisory role, this is an amazing opportunity!
As the Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll enjoy the following:
•A salary of up to 27-28k depending on experience
•Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)
•25 days holiday plus bank holidays

•Death in Service (3x salary) after successful completion of the probation period

As the Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
•Receiving and dealing with customer enquiries through the sales desk
•Creating, retaining and completing all quotations through to the PO
•Managing your own client accounts
•Supporting the sales team with the entire sales process
•And more!

Essential attributes for this role are an outstanding attention to detail, a confident phone manner, computer literacy, and the ability to adapt to changing and varied priorities quickly!
