Job Description:
Alexander Daniels are working with a growing business located nr to Warwick. Due to organic growth, they are looking to recruit a finance manager. You will be responsible for all aspects of; client financial reporting, maintenance of financial records and ensuring financial processes and procedures are followed. (office based position)
*Establish and maintain robust financial and accounting systems, taking full ownership and accountability for their management.
*Prepare and deliver financial reports, including monthly management accounts.
*Effectively communicate and translate financial data for non-financial managers.
*Collaborate with the Commercial Director to identify and implement improvements, upgrades, or new systems for current financial processes.
*Support major finance-related projects.
*Perform routine financial duties, such as: *Approving purchase invoices as required.
*Preparing payroll and reviewing overtime where applicable.
*Processing payroll and pension data submissions.
*Reconciling and submitting VAT returns.
*Monitoring weekly sales progress.
*Conducting necessary checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
*Finalising year-end financial information before external filing.
You will be responsible for the supervision of a small team and be there for any on going training development requirements.
Ideally you will be ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or finalist
On offer is a salary of up to £60,000,
