Job Description:
We’re searching for a Shipping Administrator to join a busy team. This is a vital role where you’ll manage consumables orders and ensure they continue to meet and exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a shipping Administrator, you will:
*Process service consumables requests via the company’s intranet.
*Create quotes for chargeable consumable orders.
*Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to manage open consumable orders.
*Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, warehouse, and accounts.
*Handle inbound customer calls and provide solutions to queries.
*Make outbound calls to customers to discuss consumable requests and offer support.
Key skills for the Shipping Administrator:
*Previous experience in an administrative role.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*A confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to resolve challenging situations.
*Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
*Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
*Proficiency in Outlook and other IT/database systems.
