Working within our Credit Management team in Caerphilly, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that invoices are raised on time and customers’ accounts are maintained. You’ll be taking ownership of customer enquiries to amend accounts and work proactively with them to ensure they pay within their agreed timescales, identifying queries at an early stage.

Your role as a Key Account Invoice Releasing Advisor: *To ensure that invoices are raised and constructed on time and to the agreed standards as set out in the ’Gold Standard’.
*Maintain and up-date customer account data including Negotiated pricing as per agreed standards as set out in the ’Gold Standard For Invoices For Managed Accounts’ document.
*To process any account amendments/cancellations and new business mobilisations, liaising with internal account managers, customers and competitors to ensure smooth transition of services.
*To take ownership of queries ensuring they are brought to a resolution within a timely manner, whilst maintaining targets and deadlines.
*To ensure that customers pay within their agreed contract payment terms by resolving any issues / queries, enabling us to maintain consistent cash flow and achieve old debt targets.
*To work proactively with customers and internal account managers to review working practices and re-engineer processes to ensure there is continuous improvement to maximise effective and efficient customer service.
*Liaising with other departments within the PHS Group to improve customer service and satisfaction.
*To assist in training of new starters and existing team members.
*To participate in training courses that will enhance your performance within their job role.
*To maintain the internal systems thus ensuring Customer information is accurate/up to date.
*To understand and utilise software to reduce manual administration and to identify areas where you believe working practices can be improved and propose workable solutions for doing so.
The ideal candidate for our Key Account Invoice Releasing Advisor role:
Our Key Account Invoice Releasing Advisor should always be customer focussed, tactful and diplomatic, with excellent communication skills. They should also be great negotiators – assertive and confident, while both objective and logical. They are organised and able to prioritise their own workload. They must have a good attention to detail and accuracy, able to meet deadlines. They are also comfortable working with ledgers, ISO agreements and pricing. If this sounds like YOU, apply now!
