We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our Client’s team within the Facilities Management (FM) sector. The role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial properties.
*Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
*Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum
*Hours: 40 hours per week
*Location:Newcastle Upon Tyne
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
*Fault finding, testing, and diagnostics.
*Ensure compliance with electrical standards and health and safety regulations.
*Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients
Qualifications:
*NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation.
*18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
*Testing and Inspection (2391 or equivalent) preferred
*Driving License
*Must be able to obtain DBS
