Job Title: Early Career Teacher Location: Stoke, Staffordshire Start Date: January 2025
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time/Part-Time
About Us: Hays Education works with numerous schools across Staffordshire, providing recruitment and supply services. We assist schools with short-term cover, long-term positions, and permanent vacancies in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and year groups.
*Follow lesson plans to ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
*Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
*Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
*Collaborate with other staff members to support student learning and school initiatives.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or equivalent.
*Experience teaching across different key stages is preferred.
*Strong classroom management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.
