Robert Half are assisting a non for profit organisation to recruit an Data Analyst on an initial 12 month contract basis - fully remote.
Role
*The Data Analyst will maintain, and suggest and implement improvements to, our data architecture, including use of our CRM (Workbooks), Email Marketing Platform (Dot Digital) and our API Management tool.
*Ensure data integrity and consistency across all our systems and applications.
*Develop and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
*Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights.
*Working with sector teams, and colleagues in Reach & Engagement, design and implement surveys and forms to collect data, and reporting on this.
*Manage the transfer of data between our different systems and applications, seeking opportunities to enrich available datasets and build new integrations.
*Use various available datasets to create a unified views of organisation performance, sector information, and other reports and dashboards as needed.
*Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand and interpret the data requirements and using these to provide tailored solutions.
*Promote compliance with data protection and privacy standards, and information security practices.

*Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights and data practices to non-technical stakeholders.
*Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments.
*Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops
