A global technology firm are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Treasury to join for a 3 month contract.
This role involves managing their complex multi-currency structure and substantial leverage, ensuring financial stability and growth across multiple sectors.
The role will be offered as a day rate contract and mostly remote with some ad hoc travel into the office.
The ideal candidate would have proven experience in a Senior Treasury within an international organisation.
Key responsibilities
*Develop and implement a robust treasury strategy
*Manage liquidity to ensure the availability of funds for both operational and strategic requirements
*Lead the development and optimisation of cash management systems
*Monitor and manage banking covenants to ensure compliance and avoid breaches.
*Monitor and manage foreign exchange exposures
*Design and implement effective hedging strategies to mitigate currency risk.
*Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in multi-currency operations.
*Establish and monitor internal controls and policies related to treasury activities. 
*Prepare and present risk assessments and recommendations to the Board and Executive Team.
