UAT Test Manager

Key Responsibilities:
*UAT Planning and Strategy: Lead and design robust UAT strategies for high-stakes software projects.
*Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
*Test Script Creation and Execution: Own the creation, execution, and optimization of test scripts to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
*Issue Identification and Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
*Support and Engagement of Testers: Lead and engage a team of testers, providing support and guidance throughout the testing lifecycle.
*Reporting and Documentation: Produce comprehensive test reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
*Continuous Improvement: Champion ongoing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of UAT activities.
What You Bring:
*A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
*Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps.
*Previous experience working in Local Authority projects.
*Proven experience as a Test Manager.
*Solid track record in managing UAT for complex systems like CRM.
*Expertise in using established project methodologies such as Agile or Prosci Practitioner.
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
