Key Responsibilities of a Claims Handler:
*Taking details from customers, gathering evidence, and collecting documents
*Checking that the claim is covered by the policy and that premiums have been paid
* Providing guidance on the claims process and explaining why a claim may not be covered

*Keeping records of claim status, monitoring progress, and investigating fraudulent claims
Key Skills and Experience of a Claims Handler:
*Previous experience in either Motor, Employers Liability or Public Liability Claims
*Strong communication skills, with the confidence to negotiate are required
*Fantastic listening skills and an empathetic nature are essential for this role
*Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
*Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is required
