Job Description:
Sales Executive
Hybrid, Wigston
09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (Flexible working)
Up to £28,000 - with bonus
Macildowie are thrilled to be working with a leading brand who are dedicated to providing exceptional services to their customers. Due to company growth, we’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable sales experience in a supportive and energetic environment.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales efforts by reaching out to potential customers, promoting services and produces, as well as booking appointments for BDM’s.
Key Responsibilities:
*Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services
*Build and maintain a strong understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects.
*Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to meet those needs.
*Overcome objections and negotiate terms to close sales.
*Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
*Accurately record customer interactions and sales outcomes on the CRM system.
*Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
*Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for success.
*Book appointments/demo’s for BDM’s
Key Requirements:
*Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Persuasive and confident with the ability to handle objections.
*Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
*Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
