Job Description:
Imports Admin Clerk
Temporary ongoing
£12.00 per hour
Part time flexible working hours (20 hours per week)
Our client is a global building solutions company based in Binley and they are looking for a part time Imports Admin Clerk to join the team on a temporary ongoing basis.
The role is on a part time basis, based in the head office in Coventry. Although it is not essential, a degree of experience in working with custom brokers and dealing with freight would be preferable.
There may also be opportunities to work hybrid for 1 or 2 days once fully trained.
The key responsibilities of an Imports Admin Clerk:
*Liaising with customs brokers & freight companies
*Updating costs
*Arranging quality inspections
*Liaising with internal stakeholders
*Using SAP ERP system
Candidate requirements for Import Admin Clerk:
*Knowledge of customs / freight would be desirable, but not essential
*Good Microsoft Office skills
*SAP knowledge
*Great communication skills
*High attention to detail

Working through Caraires...
(1) We endeavour to pay the same hourly rate as your permanent equivalent from day one.
