Key Responsibilities:
- Client and Third-Party Liaison: Communicate effectively via telephone, written correspondence, and occasionally face-to-face, providing advice and assistance.
- Documentation Management: Chase and manage various documents, including ID, mortgage offers, and searches.
- System Updates: Maintain real-time updates on the case management system and third-party websites.
- Service Excellence: Ensure clients and business introducers receive top-notch service at all times.
- Documentation Preparation: Prepare necessary documents for the conveyancing process.
- Completion Packs: Assemble completion packs for the accounts department, including completion statements and invoices.
- Post-Exchange Matters: Handle post-exchange tasks as directed by the team manager.
- Completion Assistance: Support the team on the day of completion.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to your team and other teams as needed.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 12 months in a similar role.
- Administrative Skills: Strong organisational and administrative abilities in an office setting.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with case management systems (Proclaim preferred).
- Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude towards learning new skills.
