We are partnering with a leading ingredients manufacturer and supplier based in Hertfordshire to recruit a Technical Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving global business that supplies products to all major UK retailers & are a key supplier to many sites.

Description
*Develop and implement advanced technical processes to drive key results in the factory
*Ensure compliance with industry standards and legislation through structured technical activities.
*Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement across the business.
*Communicate technical issues and solutions effectively to non-technical colleagues.
*Manage and maintain Quality Management and HACCP systems.
*Oversee hygiene standards, conduct audits, and manage non-conformances.
*Ability to manage stakeholders & working with suppliers/customers.
Profile
*Relevant experience and a degree in food science or equivalent.
*Hands-on leadership with excellent decision-making and communication skills.
*Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and align teams to achieve technical goals.
*Well versed with BRC + HACCP
