*Provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
*Implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
*Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
*Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence.
*Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
*Nurture a positive working environment.
*Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems.
*Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Profile
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
*A degree in Human Resources or related field.
*Proven work experience in the property industry.
*In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
*Proficient in HR systems and databases.
*Strong decision-making skills.
*Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
