Job Description:

Post Completion Manager

SJC is managing the recruitment process for a Leading Top 20 International Law firm. As a Post Completions Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the post completion process for both the Residential and Commercial Property teams in Leeds whist overseeing juniors and assistants within the department.

The Role
*Work closely with the paralegals and Solicitors in the Residential and Commercial Property teams
*Oversee, manage and delegate work to the support staff in the Post Completion team
*Handle Registrations
*Deal with Land Registry Requisitions
*Deal with Discharges
*Liaise with Lenders
*Ensure the correct signed documents are on file
*Ability to use Lender and Land Registry portals

The Candidate
*An understanding of Conveyancing and/or Commercial Property Law
*Proven experience as a Post Completions Executive/Manager advantageous
*Possess strong organisational and time management skills
*Ability to work under pressure in a timely manner
*Good working knowledge of Land Registry
