Job Description:
A leading, global property company, is seeking a General Manager to oversee a Build-to-Rent site in London. The General Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the building, managing the site team and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to the residents.

Overview:
*BTR General Manager
*Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum
*Location: London
Responsibilities of the General Manager include:
*Manage a team of site staff, carry out regular 1-2-1s and ensure KPIs are met.
*Manage the operational budget and maximise revenue streams.
*Create a sense of community on site, oversee resident events.
*Complete reports.
*Carry out inspections and ensure apartments are ready for move ins.
*Implement strategies and processes to improve the running of the site.
*Ensure compliance.
The person:
*Experience in a Community Manager/General Manager role within BTR.
*Exceptional customer service skills.
*Prior experience managing a team.
*A good understanding of building operations and compliance.
*Excellent written and verbal communication.
