Job Description:
Are you a proactive and dedicated Human Resources professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator who will play a key role in enhancing HR functions within a dynamic organisation. This position is ideal for someone who is in the early stages of their HR career who has had previous HR administrative experience.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, preparing adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
*Administer new starter and leaver processes, including preparing contracts and managing employment paperwork.
*Provide HR support and advice to line managers, assisting with HR processes and note-taking during formal meetings.
*Manage HR-related databases and systems, ensuring accurate data entry for absences, holiday leave, and training records.
*Support the development and maintenance of digital and paper-based employee
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in Human Resources
*Strong understanding of HR processes
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*Proficient in using HR information systems
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Salary, hours and benefits:
*Salary up to £30,000
*Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm
*30 days holidays PLUS bank holidays
