Role Responsibilities
*Preparing and reviewing tax returns for personal and corporate clients, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations
*Advising clients on tax payable and payment deadlines while identifying tax-saving opportunities
*Supporting managers and partners in tax planning projects to add value to clients’ businesses and individual wealth
*Liaising with clients to gather relevant information, ensuring attention to detail and proactive communication
*Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members
*Staying up-to-date with tax legislation and using support networks to handle complex queries
*Assisting with client advisory services, business planning, and report preparation

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications
*Essential: ATT, ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified
Experience
*Essential: Proven experience managing tax portfolios within a practice environment
*Desirable: Experience with cloud accounting software such as Xero
Critical Skills
*Strong technical knowledge of personal and corporate tax compliance
*Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines
