Job Description:
A leading, fast growing Build-to-Rent operator is recruiting a Lettings Manager. They will be responsible for the leasing strategy and day to day leasing activities for a new Build-to-Rent development in Bath.
Overview:
*Job title: BTR Lettings Manager
*Location: Bath
*Salary: Up to £40,000 + discretionary bonus
*Working Hours: 5 out of 7 days per week (including some Saturdays)
Responsibilities of the Lettings Manager include:
*Manage a team of Leasing Professionals.
*Drive sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
*Ensure team members are delivering to a high standard.
*Work closely with the General Manager and Mobilisation team to achieve lease up targets.
*Oversee renewals.
*Complete various reports.
*Stay informed about the current market and competitors.
*Use software to track apartments availability, record traffic and leasing activities.
*Deliver outstanding customer service.
*Carry out viewings and community tours.
*Follow health & safety procedures in accordance with company policy.
*Identify areas of improvement.
The person:
*Experienced Lettings Manager within residential property.
*Prior experience leading a team.
*Excellent understanding of the leasing process and legislation.
*Be a natural leader.
*Have a passion for customer service.
*Ability to work to deadlines.
*A clear, calm communication style.
