Description
*Manage and oversee the entire accounting team.
*Conduct all necessary trainings to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date.
*Ensure that all necessary documents are completed and maintained to comply with laws and regulations.
*Develop periodic reports for management.
*Audit systems and prepare for annual audits.
*Implement financial policies and procedures.
*Establish and maintain financial practices throughout the organisation.
*Work with tax returns and analyse financial information.
Profile
A successful Senior Accountant should have:
*A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
