Job Description:
HR Manager
12 Month Contract, hybrid
Birmingham
£45,000 - 50,000 per annum DOE
We have an urgent requirement for a HR Manager to join a dynamic housing association currently undergoing TUPE process. The successful HR Manager will lead the HR function during this critical transition period.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage the TUPE process, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
*Conduct consultations with employees and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition
*Manage redundancy processes, including planning, communication, and implementation
*Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
*Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals
*Oversee employee relations, performance management, and development initiatives
*Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and record-keeping
Requirements:
*CIPD Qualification Level 5 or 7
*In-depth knowledge of TUPE regulations and experience managing TUPE transfers
*Strong experience in handling consultations and redundancy processes
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
