Job Description:
Working within our distribution centre based at [NN4 9EX], you will be working [0800-1600]
Big things are happening at Topps Group, home to premier UK tile brands including CTD, Topps Tiles, Pro Tiler Tools, Parkside and Tile Warehouse. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the administration team, including Customer support, Uniform orders, Absence reporting.
*Update and manage the inbound forward plan with the stock control team.
*Organize and plan allocations to support smooth operations.
*Create and maintain KPI reports, including the Logistics Dashboard.
*Authorize invoices and purchase orders up to £500.
*Oversee cross-charging for group haulage.
*Act as the logistics contact for Very Marketplace.
*Manage the onboarding process and admin for new warehouse staff.
*Work with suppliers and end customers.
*Internal: Collaborate with senior operations, customer services, stock control, QA, finance, and health & safety teams.
Experience/Qualifications:
*Strong planning and organizational skills.
*Ability to manage relationships and work collaboratively.
*Skilled at analysing data and identifying improvements.
*Knowledge of internal supplier processes and workflows.
*A hands-on leader who can manage a small team.
*Ability to analyse data and report on key areas for improvement.
*Customer-focused approach to ensure stock availability and resolve issues quickly.
*Strategic thinker who can balance inbound stock with warehouse capacity and resolve cross-departmental issues.

Previous Warehouse Admin Supervisor experience would be required. Due to the nature of the role, we need someone who is physically fit with the willingness to learn!
