We are looking to talk to anyone organised and detail-focused professional ready to take on a varied and rewarding role. Our client is looking for a Project Administrator to join a business currently going through a period of growth.
We would like to talk to anyone with a strong administration and communication background.
*Working across all business areas helping to support all client projects.
*Developing workflows to improve efficiency.
*Monitoring the progress of documents, approvals and deadlines.
*Supporting client and resident liaison activities, assisting with survey coordination and preparation for site meetings.
*Collaborating with team members and external stakeholders.
We are looking for:
*Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the confidence to make decisions and contribute to meetings.
*Effective communication and teamwork skills, building relationships with diverse groups.
*Beneficial but not essential - experience working within a technical business within engineering - electrical
