Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum + Overtime 
Shift Pattern:
*Sunday: 18:00 – 02:30
*Monday: 16:00 – 02:00
*Tuesday: 14:30 – 02:00
*Wednesday: 16:00 – 02:00
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Print Assistant Team Leader to join our team in Weymouth on a permanent late shift. In this hands-on role, you will support the team in achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Operate and oversee web offset printing machinery.
*Support and lead the team to meet production and quality objectives.
*Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
*Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
*Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and production output.
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in web offset printing is essential.
*Hands-on background as an offset printer, press technician, or in gravure manufacturing.
*Experience working with Man Roland printers is highly desirable.
*Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide leadership support.
*Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
