Boutique Wealth Planning Firm
We’re excited to be recruiting for a boutique wealth planning firm based in Cobham, near Leatherhead, Surrey. This long-established firm has built an outstanding reputation by providing whole-of-market financial advice across pensions, investments, tax planning, protection, and more. Serving HNW city professionals, retirees, families, and corporate clients, their growth has been organic, founded on trust and referrals, with most clients located locally but some further afield.
The firm is looking for a career-focused Financial Administrator to join their dynamic and collaborative team, supporting three Advisers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration and has no aspiration to transition into a Paraplanner or Adviser role. Responsibilities include preparing client meeting packs, actioning meeting notes, drafting LOAs and LOVs, communicating with clients and providers, managing databases, conducting AML checks, processing new business, and handling ongoing client servicing. Experience with Intelligent Office would be highly beneficial.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £30k - £40k, 23 days of holiday (plus their birthday off), and a comprehensive benefits package.
