Key Responsibilities:
*Set up and adjust injection moulding machines, tools, and equipment to meet production specifications.
*Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and optimal efficiency.
*Perform routine maintenance on moulding machines and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
*Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet customer requirements.
*Conduct first-off inspections and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
*Adhere to health and safety standards and promote a safe working environment.
*Propose and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality enhancements.
Requirements:
*Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter in a manufacturing environment.
*Strong understanding of plastics and injection moulding processes.
*Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO9001 or similar.
*Flexibility to work shifts if required.
