*Support and execute the team’s growth strategy and achieve sales targets.

*Proven experience managing enterprise-level sales teams.
*Expertise in networking and security markets, with frontline sales experience.
*Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills for complex deals.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
*Extensive network within the partner community and the ability to drive thought leadership.
