Your role as a Sales Development Representative
*Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across your assigned territory
*Engage with potential clients through in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
*Understand and match customer needs with our products and services
*Develop a pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal
*Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and targets, driving revenue growth
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
What you will need as a Sales Development Representative
*Previous sales experience, ideally in field-based business development, account management, or similar roles
*A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships
*Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
*A self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven attitude
*Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
*A full UK driving license is essential, as the role involves regular travel across your territory
