Marketing Assistant salary 35k
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the marketing team. The roles is split across Growth Marketing and Brand Content. You will be supporting on the execution of marketing campaigns to engage active customers to ensure they continue shopping with us whilst also helping to raise the profile of our brand on social media. The ideal candidate will be keen to learn more about building a brand, data driven and strong management skills.
Key Responsibilities
*Drive average order value and product engagement
*Help print marketing communications to our customer base to drive and an increased retention and order rate
*Support on the execution of active customer comms through CRM platforms across channels
*Monitor the marketing inbox, identify suitable opportunities to partner with suppliers on social media content to drive awareness of the brand
*Oversee full process of competitions, including scheduling content,
*Setting up offer codes for brand partners
*Attending weekly social content meetings, monthly analysis
*Be aware of all social media channels, report on trends, providing feedback and look out for any opportunities
*Coordinate between stakeholders
*Analyse the scores and feedback from Trustpilot and other sources
*Monitor the success of activities
*Create promocodes and offers where relevant
Skills and Experience
Marketing experience either client or agency
Strong analytical mind and like using data to inform decisions
Proficient in Excel for reporting and data analysis
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders,
Good influencing skills
Self-motivated, learn autonomously and detail oriented
Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
Can do attitude
Results driven, ensuring marketing campaigns fulfil strategic goals and drive business results
Experienced in planning /scheduling content for social media
Social media content should be a passion
Degree Educated
