Welfare Officer - Secondary School - Ealing

The Role:
As the school’s First Aid Officer, you will oversee the daily operations of the Welfare Office, delivering primary first aid care and ensuring adherence to the school’s medical policies. Your role will involve handling a variety of health and welfare needs with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency.
About You:
*You hold a Level 3 First Aid qualification (First Aid at Work) and are confident in responding to emergencies effectively.
*You possess strong organizational skills and can prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Your excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure enable you to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
*You have a natural ability to connect with young people and understand their unique needs.
