What are we looking for?
An individual who is dedicated specifically to successfully driving group sales whilst supporting with vital admin processes.


What will I be doing?
*Answer inbound and make outbound calls from/to Groups Leaders and Coach operators. Fulfil Sales requests, make bookings, collect payments for new bookings
*Perform regular administration tasks as shared by the Account Managers
*Support the Partnerships sales team with key administration tasks
*Work across and support other team members to fulfil Coach Operators and Group Leaders requests by managing shared email groups
*Ensure that bookings accuracy is of the highest standard
*Problem solve issues that may arise and help maintain an excellent working relationship with all partners
*Develop new processes and ways of working designed to improve efficiency.


What skills do I need?
*Requires knowledge and experience of a sales reservation systems
*Strong attention to detail
*Manage time effectively to deliver on goals set
*Ability to take ownership and solve problems
*Excellent at building relationships both internally and externally
*Strong communication skills
