The role
As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will manage financial accounting and reporting ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. You will drive operational efficiency by implementing best accounting practices, directly supporting the company’s strategic growth.
The day to day
*Manage a small team of junior accountants
*Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts
*Lead the month-end and year-end close processes
*Review balance sheet reconciliations
*Assist with the coordination of year-end statutory audit requests
*Assist with the coordination of outsourced payroll providers and liaise with tax advisors
*Assist with ad-hoc projects and process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis
Key things for the Interim role -
*French GAAP
*Fluent French
*Strong technical background (IFRS)
The role will pay up to £500 a day INSIDE IR35.
