Job Description:
A consumer health, wellness, personal growth, FMCG client with Head Offices in London is seeking a Finance Manager HR Assistant to join their team. 

This is a hybrid role that combines the best of Finance Operations and Human Resources which could be a great career path to Operations Director and beyond.  

This is an ideal role for someone looking to make a move from a small company to another small, yet rapidly growing company. You will be resourceful across finance, bookkeeping and HR responsibilities. The role is 60% finance and 40% HR duties.

As the Finance Manager HR Assistant, you will:
*Keep bookkeeping and financial records sharp, manage accounts receivable, and track expenses with precision (e.g. Xero or similar)
*Provide weekly support for accounts receivable by monitoring outstanding invoices, reconciling payments, following up with sales reps and clients, and preparing AR performance reports.
*Liaise with external parties and internal colleagues (e.g., legal, payroll providers, regulatory bodies) to ensure compliance with all relevant HR regulations and standards.
*Ensure accuracy and stay ahead of regulations.
*Support reviews, guide development goals, and power recruitment efforts.
*Assist in the yearly review process by coordinating timelines, gathering relevant data, and
providing insights into market salary averages and benchmarking.
*Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing
communications, and maintaining up-to-date recruitment trackers.
We are looking for a Finance Manager HR Assistant with:
*Previous experience in finance admin, finance assistant roles.
*Understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes.
*Knowledge of payroll processes, HR compliance requirements.
*Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
*Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
*Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
*Experience in recruitment and talent management is a plus.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £50,000 plus excellent benefits.
