What You’ll Do: *Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement category management strategies, negotiate contracts, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value.
*Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, manage SRM processes, and benchmark supplier performance.
*Cost and Risk Management: Drive cost reduction initiatives, mitigate supply chain risks, and deliver improved supplier terms.
*Innovation and Compliance: Collaborate with NPD and marketing on new product launches, and ensure all goods meet regulatory and sustainability standards.
What We’re Looking For: *Experience: 5+ years in FMCG or similar fast-paced, regulated environments. Strong track record in cost savings and strategic sourcing.
*Skills: Exceptional negotiation, collaboration, and project management abilities. CIPS qualification is a plus.
*Knowledge: Proficiency in procurement levers such as e-auctions, tendering, and category management.
