A growing multi-National organisation has recently approached Mitchell Adam for help in their search for an experienced Management Accountant. This organisation are a household name in their industry and have gone through a period of expansion. They’re looking for an individual with an impressive level of communication and a strong level of experience producing management account packs. Their offices are based in Birmingham City Centre, and subsequently are in close proximity to major transport hubs such as New Street and Moor Street Stations. They provide a strong study support package and the option to work in a hybrid working style.

You will be joining a sociable team who will be on-hand to assist with your development and will take steps to help your transition into the organisation. As a Management Accountant, you will be able to be a critical part of the production of management packs for senior management, alongside gaining business partner responsibilities where you’ll be working closely with internal and external stakeholders. You will also have the involved with financial meetings discussing budgets and forecasts and providing detailed insight on variances. You will be working closely with a Qualified Finance Manager who will be on hand to assist with your development and provide you with senior responsibilities as you grow in this position.
Skills Required *To be either currently studying your ACCA or CIMA Qualifications, or to already have completed a number of these exams.
*To have experience with a variety of month end processes, including producing the monthly management account packs for senior management. Any experience with budgeting and forecasting will be admired but not essential.
*To be confident and charismatic, this role will see you interact with a variety of individuals from different levels of seniority. It is important to be able to communicate in an effective manner.
*To be ambitious and driven. There are some fantastic avenues for progression within this organisation which could be achieved by someone who has the ability to develop their abilities.
