£28,000 - £35,000 + commission

My client is a reputable manufacturing company who has been established for over 20 years. They are known for their bespoke products and cater to some of the most lucrative industries in the world.
They’re looking for a motivated salesperson to join our team and helping them grow. If you’re someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and loves the satisfaction of closing a deal, this could be the perfect role for you.
The role
*High volume outbound sales calls to prospects
*Conducting thorough fact finds to ensure you recommend the right product to suit specific needs
*Using the CRM contacting previous customers/ current spenders
*Source own leads
*The ability to understand a technical product is integral to the success of the role
*Work towards daily, weekly and monthly targets
*Work closely with production to ensure clients requirements are met
*You’ll have the freedom to manage your own accounts and grow your sales pipeline.
The candidate
*Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is important (manufacturing or B2B experience is a bonus).
*Relationship Builder: You enjoy meeting new people, listening to their needs, and delivering the right solution.
*Goal-Oriented: You’re driven to hit sales targets and enjoy the challenge of closing deals.
*Organised and Self-Motivated: You can manage your time effectively, prioritising tasks and working independently.
*Good Communicator: You know how to present products and information in a clear, persuasive way.
