Job Description:
The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger and ensuring efficient payment of invoices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy to join a leading company in the Technology industry.

*Maintain and update the purchase ledger
*Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
*Resolve purchase ledger queries
*Prepare payment runs
*Reconcile supplier statements
*Assist with month-end and year-end processes
*Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks
*Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
*Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting & Finance
*Proficiency with accounting software
*Excellent numerical and analytical skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Understanding of confidentiality and data protection issues related to financial information

*Competitive hourly rate of between £13.50 and £16.30
