Day-to-day of the role of a Business Lecturer
*Teach Level 1-3 courses, ensuring high levels of student engagement and achievement.
*Plan and deliver all BTECunits per level, tailoring lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners.
*Conduct assessments and track student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
*Handle some administrative responsibilities related to the courses, ensuring all course documentation is up-to-date and compliant with college standards.
*Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Business Lecturer role:
*Proven experience as a teacher with a track record of helping learners achieve high success rates.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
*Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
