Role: Junior Project Manager (Onsite, Hybrid after probation)
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £40,000 (DoE)

The Role:
You will be responsible for leading a group of developers, coordinate with offshore resources, and deliver projects on time, to budget and dealing with relevant stakeholders to manage risk and expectations.

Requirements:
*Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
*Develop project timelines, ensure deadlines, and have a strong focus on organisation.
*Promote clear communication and seamless project execution.
*A proven track record of managing timelines and multiple projects.
*Maintain project documentation, ensuring technical specifications are up to date.
*Manage risks and troubleshoot issues that could arise during project development.
Desirables:
*Proficient in PHP and MySQL development, with the ability to lead by example.
*Ability to learn and work with external tools and applications, proving service support to development.
*Experience managing offshore teams to ensure effective collaboration.
