IT Service Desk Analyst
Glasgow/Hybrid
£24,000 - £30,000
Daily Duties:
*Delivering high-quality first and second-line support to clients, ensuring technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
*Handling a variety of client requests via tickets and providing occasional onsite support.
*Collaborating with your team to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver innovative solutions.
*Managing and maintaining IT systems to ensure seamless operations for clients.
*Taking part in a shift-based rota to provide consistent and reliable support.
Tech Stack:
*Active Directory and Office 365.
*Virtualization technologies, including VMware.
*Networking: configuration, maintenance, and administration.
*Disaster recovery tools and processes.
*Server support and hardware troubleshooting.
