Key Accountabilities
*Supporting advisory coverage focused on EMEA clients across EMEA, with significant cross-border activity globally
*Leading project execution for mandates including due diligence and coordination with clients and professional parties
*Developing financial models and conducting (and supervising deliverables) valuation, financing, merger, comparable, pro forma and other analyses
*Managing preparing of pitch books, presentations and other materials for clients
*Interacting with clients and acting as an integral part of the client coverage team
*Keeping up to date with the markets and sector developments, and assisting to identify business opportunities in the sector
*management teams
*Supervising, training and reviewing the work of junior members of the team
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
*M&A background with previous Infrastructure and Energy experience (accrued within an investment bank, boutique or Big 4 M&A team 
*Strong technical and analytical skills and enjoys working with juniors
