Superb opportunity to join the desk at leading investment manager on a maternity cover contract. This is a specialist investment business that is looking to hire a TA to sit with their loans and CLO traders.
The day to day will focus on:
*Operational support with the execution of primary and secondary leveraged loan and bond trades in Europe and US driven by trading plans set by CLO PMs for CLOs and Treasury vehicles
*Booking of trades (WSO), logging in trade blotters and notifying settlements team
*Managing queries, identifying discrepancies, pushing for settlements with relevant counterparties
*Tracking primary issuances in Europe and the US, storing this data in internal systems
*Supporting with the implementation of a new trade order management system
Communication is key in this role, and you will need to be comfortable in working a fast paced environment. CLO and/or loans experience is essential, as well as existing buyside hedge fund experience. Prior use of WSO (Wall Street Office) is also highly desired.
