Job Description:
What you will do
You will report to the Inside Sales Manager. Our inside sales team is responsible for preparing quotes, engaging with customers to secure orders, and processing all orders through to our planning team for timely booking with our customers.
How you will do it
* Request quotes and pricing information from suppliers.
* Prepare and produce quotes for our customers.
* Raise purchase orders with our suppliers.
* Dispatch orders, generate delivery notes, and provide relevant certification upon request.
* Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely updates to customers.
* Ensure orders are processed through to the invoicing stage.
* Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
* Actively pursue opportunities to win orders.
What we look for
Required
* Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internal systems (training will be provided).
* Outstanding customer service skills to deliver a customer-first experience.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual workloads.
* Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving set KPI’s.
Preferred
* Experience in sales, with knowledge of B2B and B2C markets.
* Knowledge of fire suppression products is a plus.
